Fun Scrapbook Layout

A layout I made inspired by Later Sk8r's WOTG project...
Here's the original:

And here's my version:

Didn't change it much...just added a few more embellishments, changed the title stamps (since I didn't have it) and changed the position of the stamped triangle on the right...

And if you like this kit, purchase it HERE before it's gone! It's going to be retired next month...or while supplies last...

Thanks for stopping by!

My Mother Scrapbook Page

I want to take a picture with my mom...and I envision it on this scrapbook page that I made this week.
I know, I know...I don't even have the picture, yet...
I usually start with a picture, but I was inspired by the layout (on page 60) from CTMH's 2013 Spring/Summer Idea Book & Catalog, so I decided to go ahead and make it first.

After looking at it, and after checking out Heart 2 Heart CTMH Challenge Blog...I decided to enter it in the "Photo Inspiration" Challenge. They have a gorgeous photo as the inspiration.

I saw the challenge a while ago, and didn't think I would have time to play...it was a happy coincidence that some colors were so similar and I have flowers on my page...maybe I was subconsciously inspired... =)

Supplies from CTMH:
stamps, papers and gemstones from Buzz and Bumble WOTG (get it while you can!)
Love Blooms stamp set (will be retired soon! so get it, if you like it!)
Keyboard Uppercase Alphabet set
3-D foam tape
and
paper flowers (Fancy Pants Designs)
glitter
Chinese Knot Chain Punch (EK Success)
Doily Lace Border Punch (Martha Stewart/EK Success)
Memento, Brilliance, VersaMagic ink pads (Imagine Crafts).

Thanks for stopping by!

Vacation Scrapbook Page

Hello,

This is a 6x6 scrapbook page I made recently. It will be part of my Project Life album, the one I decided to start this year. If you missed one of the pages I shared before, click HERE.

We took a short vacation last month. And my son is pictured, on the beach, making a sand castle.
I love seashells, butterflies and birds...so, when I saw a stamp set from Hero Arts on sale for 50% off, I just had to buy it! Good thing I did, because Hero Art's has a contest going on and I'm entering this page!!!
It's the "Stamp Your Story" contest and you can check it out HERE.

I used a patterned paper from MME, an old starfish sticker by Jenni Bowlin for Li'l Davis Designs, 3-D foam tape (to pop-up the nautilus) and some Green&Blue Epoxy Bubbles from CTMH.
Stamps are by 7gypsies, CTMH (Trinity Alphabet), and Hero Arts Antique Engravings (of course!).
Brown ink is Memento Coffee Bean (Imagine Crafts) and ClearSnap's ColorBox Chestnut Pigment Ink.

Thanks for visiting!

Damask Divas Blog Hop: Later Sk8r

Hello,

This is the Damask Divas Blog Hop featuring Later Sk8r or Tommy paper collections.
If you came from Amanda's blog, you are in the right place.

If you have jumped here and just discovered our Blog Hop, fell free to check the list at Damask Divas Blog to find the complete list of Blog Hop participants.

I used papers, the rocket embellishment and the stamp set from Workshops on the Go® Later Sk8r Scrapbooking Kit for my project. I had a different project in mind, but didn't have the time to make it...and since I'm behind on my scrapbooking, thought it would be nice to work on......my Project Life album! I finally decided to start one this year...

(O.K. I know my pics look really weird...my printer ran out of ink and I don't have a replacement yet. But I didn't want you staring at papers, so I didn't really adhere them down and will be replacing them later...sorry about that!)

I used my Slice to cut out the letters and the negative for "one" and I outlined some of the words with a marker. And don't forget to use the strips from the papers! The words are perfect as embellishments!

The next blog on the list is Shirley's!
Hope you have a great time on our Blog Hop!

And don't forget to check out June's promotions!

Get a FREE My Creations® Mini Banner (Z1736), when you place a minimum order of $25 that includes a qualifying stamp set.
The My Creations® mini banner includes 10 chipboard pennants in 4 different shapes with 9 jump rings; pennants are approximately 4" × 3".

And if you purchase $50 or more, you can add the Stamp of the Month, for only $5!!!

Go to http://lilian.ctmh.com to shop today! =)

Have a nice weekend!

At the Lake Scrapbook Layout

This layout is a variation of the one for Workshops On The Go® Chantilly Scrapbooking Kit.

Pink isn't my son's favorite color...so, I decided to use the green and yellow hues of the paper pack. I still have to write the journaling...I'll get to it one of these days...yes, I am procrastinating a little bit... =)

Birdie Happy Days Scrapbook Layout

This is another 2-page layout for a class...
It was inspired by a layout from Workshops on the Go® La Belle Vie:

But using papers and dimensional elements from the Chantilly collection.

I still have some photos and embellishments to add...I'll post the finished layout, once I find the right photos! =)

Happiness is...Scrapbook Layout

A scrapbook layout for a class...inspired by the layout from Workshops on Go® Clementine (from CTMH), but using papers and dimensional elements from the Chantilly collection.

The photo is not very good...I tried to take it before my toddler woke up from his nap...meaning...I didn't have enough time! =)
You can scrap a 4x6 photo on the left page and five 2x2 on the right page (or one 2x4 and one 2x6, if preferred).

I'll add journaling and some other stamped designs...will post again when ready!

Have a nice weekend!
